Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is available to all self-identified women and gender diverse clientele, of any sexual orientation.

Must be 18+.

Available by Zoom, and in person in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, conveniently located within a 2-3 hr radius of Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

Workshops: Learn and practice techniques and strategies in a group context that will enhance your confidence and bring more pleasure into your life. I create a warm, welcoming workshop space where people feel comfortable and share openly.

Available for 1.5-2hr workshops, as well as intensives.

I can also facilitate at existing retreats locally and internationally.

Workshops available for all ages from high school up. All gender identities and sexual orientations welcome.

Public Speaking: Invite me to speak to your group or cohort. I have a lively, entertaining and interactive speaking style.

The Space

Welcome to the cozy and private office in downtown Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Full of natural light and soft fabrics, the office is a scent-free environment located in a residential area. Includes free parking. Five minute walk from main bus lines. Not currently wheelchair accessible, and has 4 steps to go up (with railing).

Sex is everywhere.

It makes us feel like we should all be expert lovers, and yet people are struggling deeply with intimacy and desire. Work, parenting, discrimination and world issues are hard enough. Pleasure and connection are what make it all worth it. Imagine if you could feel satisfied in your body, and your intimate life, now. This year. Not when the kids are grown, or you're feeling less tired. Our challenges in relationships and in the bedroom are often simpler than we think to resolve.
